2. Server logs

When visiting our site, information is automatically transmitted by the browser and stored in server log files: browser type, OS, referrer URL, hostname, time, IP address. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. No merging with other data sources is performed.

3. Reservation form (demo)

The form is a simulation. Inputs are sent to the demo API, processed briefly, and discarded on container restart. There is no persistent database, no emails are sent, no data is shared with third parties.

4. AI concierge / chatbot

This demo site contains an AI chatbot that answers guest questions. Chat content is transmitted to Anthropic (USA) to generate the reply. Please don't enter personal data in the chat. Details: .

This site uses only technically necessary cookies. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used.

6. Hosting

This site is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. CDN and DDoS protection via Cloudflare Inc. (USA).

7. Google Fonts

This site uses Google Fonts (Cormorant Garamond, Inter). Fonts are loaded locally and no connection to Google servers is made.

You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
